TL;DR: 70% tint is essentially clear. It looks okay against 35% rears, but since it doesn't look tinted, it's a waste of money ... I'll probably leave it alone for a while and eventually get it redone darker. They wanted $210 for Llumar basic level tint and $260 for 3M non-metallic.
